faulty lift cobblestone carpet
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included.
The lift stopped between floors. It was necessary to climb stairs with luggage. This felt unsafe at night. The cobblestone carpets were also a poor design choice (especially after struggling on cobblestone streets).
